About this app
Written by the developer, from the store listing.
Sitting too long has health risks, but building a habit of standing regularly isnβt easy. In Standland, adorable creatures motivate you to stand up more. When you stand up and move around a little, they wake up. Otherwise, they fall asleep. You can unlock new creatures by reaching your goals. ------------------------ β FEATURES: β’ Move around for more than 1 minute per hour. This counts as 1 stand. (You can get 1 stand per hour. The maximum number of stands per day is 24) β’ 15 adorable 3D companions that motivate you to stand regularly. β’ 15 achievements to unlock new companions. β’ 9 beautiful 3D worlds. β’ 10-day stats and weekly/monthly reports to see your progress in detail. β’ Your favorite companions on your Apple Watch! ------------------------ β COUNTING STANDS: This app reads activity data from Apple's Health app (HealthKit) to count your stands. Stand Hours data is used when available; otherwise, Steps data is used. ------------------------ β APPLE WATCH Bring your favorite companions to your Apple Watch! You can see whether youβve already stood during the current hour at a glance. β’ Change companions and worlds. β’ Rotate the Digital Crown to look around the world. β’ Add a complication to your watch face to see your favorite tiny companion anytime. ------------------------ β PRIVACY This app does not send your health data anywhere.
